SHEFFIELD SCHOOL

I was waiting to post this because I wanted to get my first packet to see how I like it. I have enrolled in the Sheffield School's Interior Design Course. I have 3 years to complete it. All my materials are mailed to me. It is a work at your own pace program. I have to complete 6 projects during that time as well. I love decorating and thought this would be a fun and educational course to take. It is a bit intimidating since I never went to college but having three years to do it I think I can get it done. MUDROOM MAKE-OVER

Here is a look at our mudroom now and before....we had food storage in here plus a shelf for coats...It was just really crowded. We did this back in June but I am now posting it. The desk I found at...can you guess..DI and redid it. Doug was so great to me by putting up the board and batten wall with the hooks. It looks so great now and each kid has there own little "Cubby" for stuff.

Porter's 4th B-day

I have been terrible about posting the kids stuff. Here is from Porter's 4th B-day. He was so excited because he had his friends over this year.

Mirror revamp

I love the mirror in our front room but have been wanting to add something to it. I have seen a lot of mirrors with the monograms and frames . I made my own version of one. I was able to use contact paper for the "M" because I ran out of white vinyl. It turned out good.

D.I. Find

I found this planter at D.I. and all of the jars . Painted and added the vinyl saying. I love this on my kitchen table. The best part is that it cost only $5.50 for it all.

Chalkboard Vinyl

I love this chalkboard vinyl I got. Cut it out in fun shapes with my cricut. I love them for all of my lists.

SILHOUETTES

I finally figured out how to make these cute silhouettes in photo shop. They look just like the kids too. I love the numbering I added to them as well. What do you think
